Workforce Trend: Employee Assistance Programs Extend to Global Workforce

According to ComPsych Corporation ’s Global Trends Report,51 percent of worldwide workplaces have experienced a crisis, such as the death of an employee or a natural disaster, within the past year. Consequently,37 percent of participating companies also reported plans to expand their employee assistance program (EAP) benefits to their employees around the globe.
