Towers Watson Releases Latest Version of Talent|REWARD Solution

Each of the solution’s modules received enhancements of select components and include:
• Support for social collaboration and feedback, enhancing the LinkedIn integration introduced in the prior software update.
• A new, configurable “nBox” display that allows users to analyze their decisions based on relevant and immediate business issues.
• New reports and additional functionality for resource optimization for creating better employee development content.
• Configurable role profiles as a port of the Market Analysis Compensation Design modules with a scalable Salary Structure Creation wizard.
