Towers Watson Releases Latest Version of Talent|REWARD Solution

Professional services company Towers Watson  announced the release of the latest version of its Talent|REWARD software solution. The new version, version 7.2, offers a wider range of capabilities for managing the HR process and employees. Software updates were based on feedback from Towers Watson clients and the support teams who regularly interact with product users.

Each of the solution’s modules received enhancements of select components and include:

• Support for social collaboration and feedback, enhancing the LinkedIn integration introduced in the prior software update.

• A new, configurable “nBox” display that allows users to analyze their decisions based on relevant and immediate business issues.

• New reports and additional functionality for resource optimization for creating better employee development content.

• Configurable role profiles as a port of the Market Analysis Compensation Design modules with a scalable Salary Structure Creation wizard.
