ThomasNet.com Launches Journal to Aid Manufacturing Workforce

ThomasNet.com, publisher of the leading online manufacturing and industry news and trends publication and e-newsletter Industry Market Trends (IMT) just launched IMT Career Journal, a web publication and weekly e-newsletter designed to educate employers on creative ways to attract and train new talent. The company said that the new journal is also “a resource for job seekers interested in learning more about today’s manufacturing professions, and how to find the jobs of their dreams.”

IMT Career Journalis the newest addition to ThomasNet.com IMT online publications and e-newsletters, including IMT, IMT Machining Journal, and IMT Fluid Gas Flow Journal. The addition was inspired by the company’s Industry Market Barometer^® research, which showed that although U.S. manufacturers are hiring, jobs requiring specific skills are not being filled.
