BizCloud has recently launched its BizCloud Recruiting, Talent Placement and Career Job Board offering a variety of cloud-business services such as offshore development, contract to hire, and retained search placement. BizCloud’s cloud-technology-centric recruitment business model consists of placement services, retained search, contingency placement of onsite and offshore temporary contract placement, contract to hire, or permanent placement within the cloud-employment sector. Part of the placement services includes background checks and qualification assessment.

Through industry blog posts, BizCloud consultants provide insights for job seekers and employers looking to the cloud for employment or talent acquisition needs. Provided information addresses issues such as proven industry practices for employers, job seekers, and recruitment firms. This community is offered to select HR and job placement firms who qualify for the BizCloud program.

The new BizCloud Job Board gives organizations the ability to place job vacancies directly on BizCloud for free or for a small fee. The job listings are then marketed by BizCloud’s internal marketing department who leverage multiple websites to identify and recruit a variety of specialized candidates.
