news Known for their global information technology consulting services, CIBER has recently finished implementing a new Lawson Talent Management Solution for their client company Apache, one of the world’s leading independent oil and gas companies.

With nearly 4500 employees and operations in the United States, Canada, Egypt, Australia, the North Sea and Argentina, Apache was looking for a talent management solution  to unify their HR data streams on a global scale. By partnering with CIBER and Lawson, Apache was able to realize the significant benefits of the Lawson Talent Management platform and transform their inefficient HR processes into an effective and reliable system. With Lawson Talent Management, differentiated global data streams are brought together and integrated into a central data management hub. The hub creates a global, unified HR department with online workflows accessible by Apache managers and employees all around the world.

“This is transformational to our business and creates a ‘New World of Employee Information Management’ at Apache,” said Margie Harris, Senior Vice President of Human Resources in a recent press release. “We have re-engineered processes, gained a global understanding of the strategic value of HR data, can access meaningful real-time metrics, and can engage more directly with managers and employees.”

“We are excited to deploy Lawson’s Talent Management solution with Apache, said Beth Dvoracek, Director, Lawson practice at CIBER. “They realize the benefits of a fully integrated human capital management system, and we believe they will see immediate results on a global scale to make their HR functions more efficient, providing them a full view into all aspects of their workforce.”
