newsTEDS – a provider of comprehensive enterprise-wide talent management solutions, recently announced new functionality for a number of their talent life-cycle modules. Their flagship talent acquisition and staffing module, Job Vision, is host to many of the new and updated features.

“In economic downturns, productivity becomes even more critical to profitability – and sometimes, even survivability,” said Joe Ellis, TEDS’ President and C.E.O. “Job Vision helps companies  realize significant cost savings by ensuring employees are right for the job, that promotions are based on accurate data, and that new employees can quickly and efficiently perform the jobs for which they are hired.”

The introduction of powerful new dashboards allows hiring managers and human resource professionals an unprecedented degree of control and automation over their hiring processes. Streamlined functions such as new rapid background checks, on-demand notifications, innovative hiring checklists, and time sensitive action lists are just some of the new enhancements available to TEDS users.

“TEDS’ integrated information provides a unique, strategic advantage to technical and compliance programs and makes administrative tasks dramatically easier and faster,” said Steve Harris, TEDS’ VP of Consulting Services. “For example, TEDS’ recent customer, Mountain States Health Alliance, is processing  over 5,000  applications against approximately 300 job  postings per month, on average,  using the TEDS Job Vision applicant tracking module. This is being accomplished with only five recruiters.”

While TEDS modules are available individually or in any combination, their solutions are made available as a comprehensive suite for managing all facets of the talent life-cycle. This set of solutions for the employment market covers the recruitment process, on-boarding, learning, performance, compliance, competencies, workforce planning, compensation, and workforce succession.
