SkillSurvey Offers Webinar on Improving Reference Checking Efficiency
Known for their award-winning reference assessment solutions, SkillSurvey is hosting a best practice webinar focused on streamlined reference checking, entitled: “How to Improve Quality-of-Hire and Efficiency Using Web 2.0 Reference-Checking.” SkillSurvey invites all talent acquisition professionals, HR leaders and HRIS/shared services professionals to participate in the hour long event on September 14, 2011 from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. EDT.
The webinar, led by Jack Kramer, Vice President of Field Operations for SkillSurvey, will look at innovative new reference checking technologies and teach participants more productive strategies for managing the often frustrating and inefficient task of checking candidate references.
“Candid feedback on candidates can be hard to come by, but it’s essential to the hiring process,” said Kramer. “This approach aggregates truly useful information on candidates’ behaviors, skills and developmental needs, turning reference-checking into reference-assessment—for a whole new level of accuracy and efficiency in hiring.”
SkillSurvey’s aim has always been to increase recruiting efficiencies and improve quality-of-hire. The webinar embraces this philosophy and will provide information on:
1) How to improve quality-of-hire immediately.
2) How to improve reference-checking efficiency by 85 percent.
3) How to infuse consistency, reliability and validity into each reference check.
4) How to improve passive sourcing.
The webinar is free to all, and registration is available here. Attendees are eligible to receive one (General) re-certification credit hour toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR re-certification through the HR Certification Institute.
