MVSM_logoMonarch Sales Advisors, partnered with viaPeople, Inc., announced the launch of a new software solution designed for sales leaders who require access to real-time talent information on the on-the-ground sales force. My Virtual Coach automates field-sales and sales performance development processes helping sales leaders document an action plan for performance measurement and monitoring. This is achieved when a sales leader observes a sales rep’s skills during sales calls then documents feedback, notes, and other information with My Virtual Coach which then allows sales leaders to identify performance trends.

“One of the greatest challenges sales leaders experience is keeping up with what is happening in the field,” said Jay Deluca, a managing partner at Monarch Sales Advisors. “In many cases, territories have been expanded causing infrequent and inconsistent coaching.”

Dr. Joe Deangelis, another managing partner, described the difficulties senior sales leaders face. He said, “These events are rarely recorded in an actionable format. Senior leadership has little visibility to the effectiveness of their sales manager’s ability to develop superior sales talent, analyze valuable trends, and identify challenges or opportunities on an enterprise level. My Virtual Coach software will fix this issue for sales leaders.”

Dr. Leah Groehler, vice president of consulting services for viaPeople, added, “The key to increasing the effectiveness of the sales force is providing the leadership with data that they can act upon – immediately and strategically. Post-sales call coaching data can be entered on a mobile device which allows the leadership team to instantly identify trends across regions.” With this new information sales leaders can quickly revise sales training and communications to refocus their sales teams with to close more business and increase revenue.
