RPO Provider Offers Free Self-Evaluation Assessment For Recruiters

Novotus, a Texas based provider of recruitment process outsourcing services , has recently unveiled a new online-based tool, the Novotus Recruiting Self Evaluation Assessment. This resource allows recruiters to analyze the current state of their company’s recruiting efforts and gives feedback on where performance improvements can be made. The tool is currently being showcased at this year’s Fort Worth,Texas based HRSouthwest Conference, the largest regional human resources conference in the U.S.

“The evaluation covers all major areas of recruiting from strategy and sourcing to technology and metrics,” said Mike Mayeux, Novotus Founder and CEO. Available free on the Novotus website, the assessment consists of more than 50 questions that aim to achieve a balanced and accurate appraisal of a company’s recruiting organization. After completion of the assessment, users can expect to receive an email with an attached document that provides specific and valuable recommendations for improvement.
