Reviewsnap Expands Learning Content Integration Module for its Performance Management System

Review Snap logoReviewsnap expanded its cloud-based performance management system with a new Learning Content Integration (LCI) module to bolster its suit of other management tools including modules addressing “360-degree” performance reviews, general employee performance reviews, and compensation-for-performance reviews. Being based in the cloud, Reviewsnap is maintenance free and simple to implement and use. The full reveal for the new LCI module took place at the SHRM 2012 Annual Conference Exposition in Atlanta.

“The new UI to support management of employees is one of the greatest changes we’ve made,” said Chris Arringdale, vice president of marketing for Reviewsnap. “It’s made the manager features even more user-friendly than they already were.”

Alongside the LCI module demonstration, other additions and improvements to be unveiled by Reviewsnap at SHRM include:

• Enhancements to Reviewsnap’s statistical dashboard

• Improvements to the ad hoc reporting tool

• An updated user interface design for the Managed Employees section
