relias launches enhanced learning management system Relias Learning has announced the launch of Relias Learning Management System (RLMS), a new platform with enhanced reporting features and an improved user experience. Former iterations of the Learning Management System (Essential Learning, Silverchair Learning Systems, and Care2Learn) are replaced by the new training product in order to ensure all users are on the same unified platform. RLMS is billed as a significant upgrade over these earlier platforms as stated by Ben Johnson, vice president of integration and primary player in RLMS development:

“With Relias, the engineering team brought together all of the best ideas from two market leaders, Essential Learning and Silverchair Learning Systems and created the best training solution for the markets we serve. We paid extraordinary attention to the user experience. This simplifies administration and makes the system really easy to use.”

With the aid of customer feedback and user testing plus outside design experts, RLMS seeks to reflect the needs of its users and includes new features such as:

• Auto enrollment of learners

• Live dashboard with training monitor divided by department

• Course authoring tools for proprietary content development

• Uploading of training materials from outside the system

• Expanded reporting functionality for tracking training

• Live event management

RLMS also includes resource lists, including videos and how-to guides, to help users get started.
