Free Recruiting Website Builder from ZipRecruiter
ZipRecruiter, a job distribution service for posting jobs to multiple job boards, has launched a new recruiting website builder. The new product, named ZipSites, allows recruiters to quickly build recruiting websites using an easy template system. The website has the core functionality that a recruiter needs, including descriptive areas for company information, contact forms, and a way to post jobs on the website.
Ian Siegel, CEO of ZipRecruiter says about the new product, “ZipSites allow a completely non-technical recruiter to put together a stunning professional website in just a few minutes. We wizard you through picking your site colors, adding content, and advertising your open positions. The best part — websites are completely free.”
Although ZipRecruiter provides a commercial service of job distribution, posting jobs on the recruiting website is completely free. There are many free website builders available on the web, but they usually lack the functionality to be able to post jobs. Recruiters could use a blog site to post jobs like a blog post, but there are problems associated with the application process and the timing and expiration of job listings. Recruiters should be able to use the service as an easy way to get their new recruitment firm up and running or to transition away from systems that require heavy technical support.
There are of course a lot of expenses to consider before you start a recruiting firm. As recruiters and candidates become increasingly tech-savy, it’s become very important to have a web presence, which adds to that large upfront cost. With the introduction of ZipSites, the upfront cost of starting a recruiting company may have been reduced by the few thousand dollars traditionally needed to establish a nice looking website.
