Recruiter Job of the Day: Technical Sourcer for Lyft

Lyft is a ridesharing and delivery service that develops, markets, and operates as a mobile app, offering vehicles for hire, motorized scooters, a bicycle-sharing system, rental cars, and food delivery. They are looking for a Technical Sourcer to help strategically grow Lyft’s world-class team.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will be critical to creating a seamless recruiting process to help Lyft identify, attract and scale world-class engineering talent.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements for roles and their impact on the company and product as a whole
- Utilize tools such as search engines, job boards, open source communities, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social channels to source, screen, and qualify passive candidates
- Stay abreast of tech trends and news to be the competitive intelligence authority
- Help recruiters review inbound resumes
- Track metrics and pipeline activity
- Provide reports for recruiters and business teams and use this data to iterate and make improvements constantly
- Build innovative and highly effective referral programs, strategically plan and execute impactful events and manage regular sourcing campaigns that actually work
To be eligible, you must have two or more years of experience in IT Recruitment/Sourcing (Experience with other platforms beyond LinkedIn such as Stack Overflow, Github, etc.).
