In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of doctor recruiters, supporting recruiting and hiring optometrists for both existing and new Warby Parker retail stores. You will also take on the important role of creating an unmatched experience as Warby Parker networks with optometry schools, industry partners, and associations presenting Warby Parker as the premier retailer for optometrists.
