In this role, you will play a critical part in Drizly’s efforts to hit aggressive hiring goals, by driving the talent acquisition strategy. By working with several business hiring managers, you will operate as a partner by owning processes and driving outcomes. This will include directing strategies using Drizly’s historical hiring data and market trends, crafting thoughtful hiring plans, coaching hiring partners and interview committees, and executing on the recruiting tasks to build and maintain strong candidate funnels. It will also include mentoring other Talent Team members.
