Recruiter Job of the Day: Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for Sonatype

Start the new year off with a new recruiter job.

Sonatype, a software development company, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner with experience sourcing and recruiting in multiple disciplines (Engineering, Sales, G&A, etc.) to join their growing team. This position is remote.

In this role, you will:

• Lead sourcing and recruiting for high-end software engineering supporting product, engineering, and customer success groups.
• Drive high-quality technical talent to the top of the funnel.
• Continuously pipeline talent for current and upcoming needs.

Minimum Experience:

• 8+ years of overall recruiting experience (agency or corporate)
• Experience using an enterprise ATS (Lever, Workday, Greenhouse, etc.).
• Experience developing and implementing recruiting strategies and processes
