As a Senior Recruiter, you can expect to hold a wide range of responsibilities while directly impacting the company’s future.  You will build upon Betterment’s inclusive and equitable recruiting practices, delivering a world-class candidate experience in an exciting and welcoming workplace.  As an ambassador to candidates, you’ll live and breathe Betterment’s values and expertly communicate its mission.

Betterment offers investing and retirement solutions for retail investors and investment advisors, as well as financial wellness solutions, including a 401(k) for small and medium-sized businesses. They are headquartered in NYC, with hubs in Philadelphia and D.C.
