Warby Parker, one of the leading prescription glasses and sunglasses retailers, is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help bring in the absolute best talent. In this role, you will work alongside the rest of the recruiting and people team to help drive talent objectives and recruiting processes across the tech and operations departments to meet all hiring goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide the best possible experience for all interviewees (and look for ways to continually improve candidate experiences)
  • Coordinate and schedule all interviews, hiring manager circle-ups, candidate travel itineraries (if needed), and other recruiting efforts
  • Manage workflows within the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), own candidate email templates, and continually look for ways to improve recruiting process
  • From time to time, engage in direct sourcing, review résumés and applications, and make candidate recommendations
  • Help out with offer-letter paperwork when needed (and other recruiting-team tickets from the HR system)
