Eventbrite, a ticketing and experience technology platform, is looking for an experienced Program Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations, to join their team remotely.
In this role, you will provide coordination and operations support to the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure there are fair and inclusive hiring practices and processes as standard and niche processes where needed. You will help with communication, branding, market intelligence/talent insights, training, execution of hiring events, meetings, and other recruiting programs. You will build robust internal process documentation to support recruiting programs and recruiting operations. You will help manage the recruiting ATS systems from a day-to-day functional operations perspective. You will bring a keen eye to regularly evaluate and evolve policies and processes, recommending improvements where needed. You will prepare data and develop standard reports while continuously thinking of data and creative solutions for how to improve efficiency.
Eventbrite is looking for someone who is committed to consistently raising the bar for their Talent Acquisition team. You will role model best practices and share new learnings with the rest of the team as the company grows while keeping candidate and hiring manager experience top of mind.
