Visa, the world’s leader in digital payments, is looking for an HBCU Early Careers Recruiter that will act as a trusted business advisor and will be accountable for implementing Visa’s Early Careers recruiting strategy across multiple Historically Black Colleges or Universities.

You will own, drive and deliver as well as collaborate on regional or global projects and initiatives that impact Talent Acquisition and HR quality and delivery. This position will report to the Manager, Early Careers Talent Attraction & Acquisition, and collaborate with teammates across the sourcing, recruiting, and programs functions. The role will partner with HR Business Partners and leadership teams on all talent acquisition-related activities.
