Peoplefluent to Present at CUPA-HR Annual Conference and Expo
Peoplefluent, a provider of recruitment and talent management solutions, will be presenting at the 2011 College University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR) Conference, which runs Sunday, Sept. 25 through Tuesday, Sept. 27, 2011. This year’s event, entitled: “Inclusion Cultivates Excellence: Making a Difference,” will focus on the importance of diversity and inclusion within the HR profession – as well as within colleges and universities. Peoplefluent will lead a presentation on managing workplace diversity.
Peoplefluent senior solutions consultant Roy Zambonino will be speaking on behalf of the company. His segment, “Breakthrough Solutions to Effectively Manage Compliance / Diversity Reporting Technology Solutions Showcase” will be held on the third day of the conference – September 27, 2011 from 1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. EDT. Leveraging Peoplefluent’s expertise in talent management, vendor management, and workforce compliance and diversity, Zambonino will discuss the challenges of measuring, managing and communicating workforce compliance and diversity data within an organization, and offer solutions for mitigating EEO risk and maximizing metrics visibility to help drive HR decisions.
Zambonino will also introduce Peoplefluent’s latest technologies for helping colleges, universities, and businesses manage their diversity needs. Attendees will have the opportunity to witness a live-demonstration of Peoplefluent’s Compliance Reporting Center (CRC). Designed for higher education institutions, the platform is the industry’s first online, automated affirmative action tracking and reporting solution that comes equipped with Good Faith Efforts (GFE) management and documentation capabilities. For businesses, Zambonino will additionally discuss Peoplefluent’s business intelligence platform for workforce compliance reporting needs.
