Hiring request management gives employees the ability to request requisitions for new hires based on existing job descriptions. Career site integration both creates and publishes customizable job listings on user-supplied career websites. Unlimited resume parsing not only parses resume attachments automatically, but emails the resumes to the appropriate system. Recruitment collaboration offers real-time communication with job candidates and recruitment personnel while social feedback and interview functionality gives instant feedback on candidates via a social stream. The offer request feature automatically creates and distributes offer letters to new hires who have also utilized the one-click hiring function to be automatically on boarded into the hiring organization.
