New Morale.Me App Helps Companies Track Employee Morale

Many employees leave reviews on sites like Glassdoor and Indeed after they depart from a company. Wouldn’t it be nice to know what your employees think about you and your organization now? And wouldn’t it be even better to discover this information for free?

Well, thanks to internet recruiting veteran Joel Cheesman and  developers and designers from Nacho Chili LLC, you can now do just this. Morale.me is a free iPhone app that allows companies to engage with employees and receive constant feedback.

“We looked at how employee engagement was done today—email links to online surveys and face-to-faces—and thought there had to be a more interesting way,” Founder Joel Cheesman said. “The modern workforce is more mobile than ever, and this is for them.”

With Morale.Me, employees/employers can:

• Utilize month-by-month, on-the-go tracking
