New Employee Referral Platform Uses Game Mechanics

Once a referral has been made, the referring employee receives points that are redeemable for cash and prizes. Additional points are awarded if the referral is interviewed and hired. Successful referrals can also lead to special benefits such as guaranteed interviews for future referrals.
