Who are the Largest Outplacement and Recruiting Firms?

Right Management – a division of ManpowerGroup, was recently ranked the largest outplacement firm in the United Sates, based on new report and rankings by Staffing Industry Analysts. Using 2010 revenues, Staffing Industry Experts estimated Right Management’s market share of U.S. outplacement revenues to be at 37 percent, with Lee Hecht Harrison at 16 percent and Drake Beam Morin coming in third place at 5 percent.

The Staffing Industry Analysts report also looked at the largest retained search firms and the largest direct hire firms. Size was determined using 2010 U.S. revenues as an indicator of market share. According to the data, Korn/Ferry International ranked as the largest U.S. retained search firm, and Robert Half International ranked as the largest U.S. provider of direct hire.
