Job Distributor Launches Job Postings Metrics Tool
eQuest, global job distributor and provider of recruitment technologies, has recently launched an online performance measurement and metrics application under the rather quixotic name of TRAQ24. The tool provides real-time job board metrics for analyzing candidate interaction, allowing recruiters to effectively determine which of their advertising channels and job postings are most successful.
“The bottom line is to provide our customers with the insight necessary to focus spending budgets in the right direction,” said Michael Pauletich, EVP of Global Alliances and Customer Success at eQuest. “TRAQ24 can be used by the casual user to quickly locate a specific result or can be used by a media analyst to perform highly strategic research locally or globally.”
The product of a two year technical endeavor, TRAQ24 brings new levels of transparency and efficiency to recruitment marketing. TRAQ24 starts collecting response data from the moment a candidate views an open position all the way up to the hire. Some of the features of the online tool include a “Bloomberg-like” candidate traffic ticker and advanced leaderboard displays that determine the success rates of individual advertising channels. The traffic ticker can be launched from any internet browser and updates itself every 5 seconds – charting and measuring job views and response rates. The feature can be set to monitor a single jobs performance or an entire Internet job marketing campaign.
The leaderboard functionality offers additional insights, revealing job board postings and social media performance statistics that can be compared against the collective metrics of other eQuest customers. These comparative success rates can help recruiters evaluate and locate better job boards and stronger recruitment channels for specific job classifications, job titles, and industries.
