International Leader Chooses HRSG to Develop Competencies-Based Tools
There can be a lot of information to synthesize when you’re working in human resources. A lot of time disappears spent assessing employees and planning staff development. And then there’s the hiring part where recruiters can sometimes help. As the hours chug by, it’s hard to figure out how much time all of this work demands. There is a new product that claims to be able to integrate competency profiles for all roles within the organization, including legal, economist, and media relations.
Human Resource Systems Group, Ltd. (HRSG), international leader in competency-based tools and systems, announced that it has been awarded a contract by the Organization for Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD) to supply its i-SkillSuite® competency dictionary for the integration of competency profiles for all jobs within the organization.
To provide services to OECD is a major affair of vast scope. OECD is backed by 34 member countries in the promotion of policies that improve the economic and social well-being of people around the world. In addition, the OECD measures productivity and global flows of trade and investment, sets international standards and works with governments to understand the drivers of economic, social and environmental change.
HRSG and the OECD are developing special competencies to meet the needs of this international organization. Together, they are particularly working on developing legal and marketing competencies.
