iCIMS Launches Latest Version of Customer Release Platform

iCIMS, a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service talent management solutions, has recently launched the latest version of their highly acclaimed “Customer Release” platform. Noted for their passionate customer service and frequent implementation of user generated suggestions into their platform builds, iCIMS once again raises the bar with the Version 11.2 of their Customer Release, an iteration aimed at enhancing user configurability and ease-of-use.

Incorporating ideas from over 100 customers, iCIMS looked to regional user groups, strategic customer councils, online idea exchanges, and participants of their annual Customer Advisory Council for inspiration and advice on the new build. The resulting platform is a highly refined talent management system that touts new features like Candidate Hot Matching and personalized workflow options to streamline search functionality and maximize individual efficiency.

The new Candidate Hot Matching feature is an advanced search function that allows users to probe their entire talent pool and locate top matches using only a single click. A list of candidates is returned by the search, with profiles ranked by how well they match the selected job description criteria.

Additional enhancements and customization options surrounding user workflows further allow customers to work in a style befitting their preferred hiring process.
