iCIMS Ends Third Quarter With 14% Increased Revenue

NewsiCIMS, a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service talent management solutions, has recently announced the close of another successful quarter. Revenues for Q3 2011 were 14 percent higher than the same period of the prior year. The talent technology provider also saw the addition of 84 new customers over the quarter, pushing their substantial client base past the 1,000 member milestone. iCIMS has already signed on 195 clients this year, surpassing last years gains, with months still ahead to end out the year with an even stronger finish.

The company largely owes their continued success to their unwavering passion for customer service and the strength and reliability of their flagship talent management software  – that offers solutions for all stages of the talent management life-cycle, including recruitment marketing, onboarding, employee data management, and more.

Other recent iCIMS achievements include:

  • Released the iCIMS Talent Platform version 11.2, the first-ever “Customer Release,” which incorporated suggestions from iCIMS’ customer base to improve solution quality and customer support.
  • Honored by the inc 500 | 5000 list of America’s fastest growing private companies for the sixth consecutive year.
  • Launched iCIMS NOW, an applicant tracking system (ATS) pre-configured to meet the needs of companies with fewer than 100 employees.
  • Enhanced their award-winning recruitment and talent management platform with compensation data features.
