HalfPriceSoft.com Updates EzW2 Software to Improve Installation and Device Compatibility

In response to widespread user feedback, Halfpricesoft.com has updated its ezW2 payroll software to include an improved installation package, easier access to help features, and an ability to be installed on a wider variety of devices. The 2012 version of the tax software also lets users to add unlimited companies and recipients to their account and to print an unlimited number of W-2 and 1099 forms for a nominal fee. Previous version of the software can now print the Social Security Administration-approved laser substitute W-2 and W-3 forms on ordinary copy paper from a laser printer.

For forms other than 1099 MISC copy A and 1096, users may also print to plain paper. The new ezW2 also supports 2-red-form-per-sheet printing to help organizations cut the costs of purchasing the pre-printed forms.
