HR Intent automates all of the steps from collecting resumes to delivery of chosen resumes to the right team. Job descriptions can be uploaded through Intent to specified pools of resumes, which allows the system to automatically identify the right candidates and offer a side-by-side event line comparison. The product also generates an infographic for each resume that highlights major events in education, experience, projects, and achievements. HR Intent can also scan and categorize keywords and buzzwords specific to specific sectors, e.g. finance, business, agriculture, etc., using FORMCEPT’s KnowledgeBase.
Candidates can use HR Intent to add visual appeal to their resumes sent to job market platforms.
