ExecuNet 21st Annual Survey for Executives now Available
“For the past two decades, we’ve learned what’s really on the minds of executive candidates, hiring companies and recruiters, from ExecuNet’s annual job market intelligence surveys,” Mark Anderson, ExecuNet president and chief economist, said. “Understanding the trends from those three perspectives will enable us, in our 21st year of research, to report on the 2013 executive job marketplace outlook and enable decision-makers to strategize their next success.”
The survey results help the company offer insight and news on upcoming trends in the C-level market. One of ExecuNet’s most popular resources is its annual Executive Job Market Intelligence Report,a complete analysis of key trends and developments in the executive employment market and executive search.
Its 2012 report revealed the top 10 industries predicted for executive job growth, which included areas such as healthcare, high technology, manufacturing and business services. In 2010 manufacturing fell in 10th place for growth while last year it was listed 3rd, a significant increase in the two-year period.
The 12-page report also showed that executive recruiters anticipated around 51 percent of employers to “trade up” with new hires for existing executive jobs, while another 27 percent would add new executive level roles. Also, 8 out of 10 employers reported that they would work harder to retain top executive talent.
