According to The Recruiting Conference Inc. held November 1st in Chicago, the ‘Excellence in Sourcing Innovation’ award goes to Informatica and consultant Dave Mendoza. Informatica is the leading global provider of data integration software and Dave Mendoza is a global talent acquisition consultant.

The annual recruiting and sourcing event brought together recruiting leaders, sourcing experts, and corporate recruiters and highlighted some of the best recruiting efforts by individuals and corporations. Informatica was awarded for the application of SEO based tactics globally for sourcing and recruiting efforts, as well as using various social media venues.
