evolv rpoData-driven workforce selection provider Evolv has announced its new Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO ) service which offers sourcing through skills testing and candidate screening. Using an easily digestible, one-number scoring system, employers are able to see how candidates fared through Evolv’s screening process at a glance and understand how a candidate’s score relates to his or her performance in the workplace. The end effect of the process is a quantification of the quality of a potential employee.

The solution is designed to be flexible in order to meet the demands of recruitment processes unique to each organization. Clients may use Evolv to manage the entire recruitment process on-site or to simply generate a candidate flow into an organization. Evolv’s selection process was developed by a team of industrial and organizational psychologist and economists to ensure higher quality candidates than other traditional methods. On average, Evolv’s solutions deliver employees who perform at a rate 5 to 10 percent higher than those obtained through traditional methods while improving retention between 20 and 30 percent.
