Dominion Enterprises Introduces HireFuel for Recruitment Simplification

Marketing services and publishing company Dominion Enterprises just announced HireFuel, a cloud-based recruitment software solution optimized for mobile devices. HireFuel is divided into three separate offerings: Recruit, Share, and Reward. Each product is designed to address part of the hiring experience and make it more streamlined and simplified.

HireFuel Recruit is a job distribution tool allowing users to manage job postings to multiple job boards and aggregators with a single click. Recruit helps create an adaptive online strategy with its built-in metrics and reporting functions. The product also offers an integrated career site, optimized for mobile devices, from clients’ websites.

HireFuel Share, as the name implies, lets companies share job postings within their social media channels and online communities that attract candidates, reaching both active and passive job seekers.

HireFuel Reward is a referral reward system that incentivizes employees to use their networks to refer job candidates.

“We worked closely with hiring managers and used their assessments of current recruiting technologies in every aspect of designing this product,” said HireFuel Product Development Manager Mark Perry. “HireFuel was created as a solution to common recruiting problems. It removes the barrier between talent and opportunity.”
