The tag feature is integrated into emPerform’s online talent management suite and allows for the continuous capturing of performance feedback throughout the year. The tag tool offers a way to manage talent through documenting multiple-source feedback throughout the appraisal cycle for use in talent and performance assessments to give employees accurate feedback for improving overall performance and recognition of achievements.
