Cornerstone OnDemand Delivers Recruiting Cloud

Cloud-based talent management software solutions provider Cornerstone OnDemand has announced the release of its Cornerstone Recruiting Cloud which allows organizations perform a variety of functions on the Web. Integrated with Cornerstones existing software suite, Recruiting Cloud gives clients the ability to manage job requisitions, post jobs to online job boards and social networks, create career sites, identify internal talent and compare candidates, create a collaborative screening process, and more.

“Most recruiting solutions in the market today were built for the way people recruited a decade ago, before the rise of social networks,” said Adam Miller, President and CEO of Cornerstone OnDemand. “Today, most organizations want to leverage the power of social recruiting, and our solution was built to be natively social.”

The new program expands upon Cornerstone’s software suite adding features such as resume parsing, job posting, and candidate screening services. The program also integrates with Facebook’s social graph, LinkedIn’s recruiting services capabilities, and HireVue’s digital interviewing function. And while most recruiting solutions remained deployable only to recruiters and other hiring personnel, Cornerstone OnDemand is deployed to every employee within an organization.
