challyPerformance measurement firm Chally and online reference-assessment solutions provider SkillSurvey have announced a strategic partnership developed to offer a combination of assessment tools specifically aimed at increasing sales performance. Chally’s assessments are derived from database containing predictive content developed over 38 years and sourced from hundreds of thousands of high-production sales professionals. SkillSurvey’s Pre-Hire 360 platform allows past managers and coworkers to provide forthright evaluations of a candidate’s performance. Combined, these solutions provide for the hiring of sales professionals based on real performance instead of interviewing skills and embellished resumes.
