CA Technologies Deemed One of the Best Companies for Multicultural Women
The work of recruiters is not always recognized. But Working Mother, the only national magazine for career-committed mothers, has recognized some companies, in part because of the dedication of recruiters. Working Motherhas released the2011 Best Companies for Multicultural Women awards. The award honors companies that hold managers accountable for recruiting, retaining and promoting multicultural women.
For 2011, Working Motherrecognized CA Technologies for fostering diversity both inside and outside the company. The company seems to favor a holistic approach in order to support its many employees. The company runs programs that promote leadership development, mentoring, rotation, job shadowing and associate programs.

The magazine is now accepting nominations for the 2012 awards. In order to apply for one of these awards, people must fill out nearly 300 questions on representation; hiring, attrition and promotion rates; recruitment, retention and advancement programs; and company culture.
