Buller Group to Host Certified Veteran Recruiter Program
At the close of the second day, participants must take a mandatory learning assessment; therefore, full completion of the program is required to receive the Certificate of Completion, CVR credential and HRCI recertification

Sessions range in topic from decoding the military resume with speed and accuracy to overcoming resistance to hiring Veterans and Wounded Warriors. The program will cover all aspects of recruiting from interview questions, retention and sourcing candidates to job descriptions, compliance and making job offers.
When it comes to the labor market, veterans are a unique subset and most are unfamiliar with civilian recruiting professionals. A major reason for high unemployment rates within this group is the lack of adequate knowledge and skill pertaining to Veteran and Wounded Warrior job applicants.
