Intellipost automatically posts jobs to various job board companies, which saves time and labor. This eliminates the need for recruiters to do so, which in turn frees them up to focus more time on recruiting. As part of the platform’s Recruitment Ad Distribution (RAD) module, recruiters can launch recruitment ad campaigns right from their ATS to job boards, social networks, into keyword ad campaigns, or niche job boards and sites.

The platform addresses recruitment workflow: companies can designate an administrator to select various criteria like job category, experience, and location when deciding upon the rules for posting jobs. Once the profile is activated, a new job ad will be automatically distributed to the designated job boards. For each Intellipost job posting, companies receive a real-time Recruitment Marketing Metrics (RMM) to keep track of recruitment activity, which allows for measuring of recruiting performance and more effective candidate tracking.
