ADP Acquires The Right Thing, Expands Influence in HR Marketplace

NewsAutomatic Data Processing (ADP ), a global provider of business outsourcing solutions, has recently acquired The RightThing, a leading recruitment process outsourcing provider. The RightThing is also the parent company of AIRS, one of the world’s largest recruitment training companies. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Primarily known for their payroll services, ADP also offer a wide range of of human resource, tax and compliance, and benefits administration solutions. The move to acquire The Right Thing firmly establishes ADP in the HR and recruitment technology marketplace.

HRO Today magazine also recognizes the company’s significance in the space, consistently ranking The RightThing as a leading enterprise RPO provider for the past several years. Their presence now expands upon ADP’s market-leading HR Business Process Outsourcing capabilities, and enhances their existing applicant tracking and talent management solutions.
