Adecco and The Human Capital Institute Announce New Research on Talent Acquisition
Adecco Staffing US, one of the largest providers of recruitment and workforce solutions, has recently announced the release of new findings on talent acquisition pipeline strategy, along with research partner The Human Capital Institute (HCI), the global association for strategic talent management. The research will be unveiled through an upcoming webcast entitled, “Acquiring Top Talent Through On-Demand Pipelines.” Participants to learn more about the best methods behind talent acquisition and selection. The event will take place Thursday, September 22, 2011, 1:00 pm EDT.
“It can be challenging for some companies to understand the importance of building a talent pipeline because there may not be a strong ROI correlation right away” said Jennie Dede, Vice President of Recruitment, Adecco Staffing. “Measuring the effectiveness of a talent pipeline takes time and resources and over the past couple of years both of these have been scarce. The ROI from putting the resources into this strategy would be decreased time to hire, decrease cost per hire, and the one that is rarely measured or accounted for – the opportunity costs that you didn’t lose because you were able to hire someone quickly.”
Dede will be leading the webcast. She will discuss the talent acquisition challenges caused by the economic recession and outline the advantages a high functioning talent pipeline can offer organizations going forward. The results of the Adecco/HCI research suggest that organizations utilizing a talent pipeline and talent pipeline strategy experience higher rates of success with their talent acquisition and deployment needs.
